FREE Fabric Tulips Tutorial by Clare
Spring is here, so how about celebrating by creating a beautiful bunch of tulips? Clare of Clare's Craftroom created a wonderful step-by-step tutorial with helpful pictures. More from Clare:
"So you'd like to make some tulips?"First you will need some scrap cardboard. Copy the diagram below, My finished templatewas about 6" long by about 2 1/2" high with a little edge about 1/4" on each end."
