FREE Tutorial - Confetti Quilt by Holly DeGroot of Bijou Lovely

This is a happy looking quilt, and we love it!  Holly DeGroot of Bijou Lovely Designs created this tutorial will all steps fully outlined and easy to follow.  Anybody else suddenly want to play Twister?  More from Holly:
