FREE Child's Cape or Car Seat Poncho Pattern by Angel

What a precious and cozy little cover for a child!  This project is brought to us by Angel Hickman Peterson of Fleece Fun and includes the full pattern in multiple sizes as well as a step by step tutorial with pictures.  One thing to note is that the project utilizes cuddle fleece, which can be challenging to work with for beginners.  More from Angel:
